The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to the castle, perfect for exploring. The view from my room was really nice too. I enjoyed the indoor and outdoor onsens, such a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. The free ramen at night was a good surprise, served by a friendly chef. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I found the bed and pillows a bit too firm for my liking. The sound isolation could have been better. I heard noises from the adjacent rooms at times, a bit distracting. Still, overall, a solid choice for solo travelers.

Absolutely mediocre experience! They asked about my tiny tattoo, woudl ve been nice to know that beforehand. Expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but instead. Disappointment! Almost thought about leaving a better review, but no way.

The breakfast was generous, the check in was painless. The room was well-appointed and brand-new with a view, ideal for me. I enjoyed the good food they offered. It was a perfect location just off train station and many restaurants and shops, and a Dormy Inn.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, assisting with luggage storage when I arrived early. I loved the nightly free ramen served in the hot spring area, a good treat after soaking in the onsen.

Location: the hotel was not far from the main JR train station as well as the night life. The breakfast was large, it offered variety of great food. The staff was really kind and nice!
